Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist with dog

Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in therapy for professionals navigating anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in Corporate Finance—working for Big 4 Accounting firms, Fortune 500 companies, and fast-paced startups. I understand the pressure of tight deadlines, unrealistic expectations, and the constant drive to push through.

My personal journey through corporate burnout and the healing power of therapy led me to this work. I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside.

Today, I draw from both my business experience and clinical training to help high-achieving professionals find relief from work stress, perfectionism, and relationship struggles. I use a Relational, IFS-informed therapy approach to help you explore what’s underneath the surface—so you can shift unhelpful patterns, reconnect with yourself, and create more balance.

Together, we’ll:

  • Set and maintain realistic boundaries

  • Understand how early experiences shape present patterns

  • Work through the internal and external pressures that keep you stuck

I hold a Master’s from University of Pennsylvania School of Social Work and Social Policy and a Bachelor’s from Georgetown University in Accounting & Operations. I have received additional training through the IFS Institute and Cape Cod Institute. In another life, I also held a CPA license. When I’m not working, you can find me cooking, traveling, or hanging out with my family and dog, Pippa.

I offer in-person sessions in Center City Philadelphia and online therapy for professionals across Pennsylvania, and I’d be honored to support you on your path.
