About Jaclyn Spiegel, IFS Therapist
Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in therapy for high-achieving professionals navigating perfectionism, people-pleasing, overthinking, and the anxiety they create. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in Corporate Finance—working for Big 4 accounting firms, Fortune 500 companies, and fast-paced startups. I understand the pressure of tight deadlines, constant evaluation, and the drive to push through, even when it takes a personal toll.
My own experience with corporate stress and burnout, and the healing I found through therapy, inspired me to make this transition. I know what it’s like to appear successful while feeling constantly overwhelmed on the inside.
Today, I combine my business experience and clinical training to help professionals break free from the patterns that drive anxiety and burnout. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Attachment Theory to explore what’s beneath the surface, helping you:
Set and maintain realistic boundaries without guilt
Understand how early experiences and internal patterns shape present behavior
Work through perfectionism, people-pleasing, and overthinking that keep you stuck
Reconnect with yourself and create balance in both work and life
I hold a Master’s from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Social Work and Social Policy, and a Bachelor’s from Georgetown University in Accounting & Operations. I have completed Level 1 IFS training through the IFS Institute and additional advanced training through the Cape Cod Institute.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with my husband, son, and our dog, Pippa.
I offer in-person sessions in Center City Philadelphia and online therapy for professionals across Pennsylvania, and I look forward to supporting you in moving beyond anxiety toward greater ease and fulfillment.
