Jaclyn Spiegel, Philadelphia IFS Therapist
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in therapy for high-achieving professionals navigating perfectionism, people-pleasing, overthinking, and anxiety.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in Corporate Finance—working for Big 4 accounting firms, Fortune 500 companies, and fast-paced startups. I understand the pressure of tight deadlines, constant evaluation, and the drive to push through, even when it takes a personal toll.
My own experience with corporate stress and burnout, and the healing I found through therapy, inspired me to make this transition. I know what it’s like to appear successful while feeling constantly overwhelmed on the inside.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me at the playground with my son, walking my sweet dog, experimenting with new recipes, or working on my tennis game.
Helping You Thrive — Not Just Cope
I combine my business experience and clinical training to help professionals break free from the patterns that drive anxiety and burnout. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Attachment Theory to explore what’s beneath the surface, helping you:
Set and maintain realistic boundaries without guilt
Understand how early experiences and internal patterns shape present behavior
Work through perfectionism, people-pleasing, and overthinking that keeps you stuck
Reconnect with yourself and create balance in both work and life
Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Social Work and Social Policy, and a Bachelor’s from Georgetown University in Accounting & Operations. I completed Level 1 IFS training through the IFS Institute and additional advanced training through the Cape Cod Institute.
