Therapy for High Achievers in Pennsylvania

You're used to being the one who has it together. The one colleagues and family rely on. But underneath, you're running on overthinking, people-pleasing, and a low hum of anxiety that never fully switches off.

I offer in-person therapy in Center City Philadelphia and virtual sessions for driven professionals anywhere in Pennsylvania who want to feel less on edge without losing the ambition that got them here.

Who I work with in Pennsylvania

Philadelphia runs on high-pressure institutions, hospital systems, elite universities, law firms, pharma, and a growing tech and startup scene, where the expectation is you push through, stay composed, and keep producing, no matter what it costs you underneath.

I spent over a decade in corporate finance, at Big 4 firms, Fortune 500 companies, and fast-moving startups, before becoming a therapist. Some of that pressure I felt right here in Philadelphia, working remotely, days blurring into back-to-back Zoom calls from my kitchen table, and later consulting while in grad school, trying to hit deadlines and finish coursework in the same week.

I know what it's like to close your laptop at midnight and still be running the day's meetings through your head. I know what it's like to feel like you're falling behind as an employee, partner, and friend. That pressure to always be reachable, always be producing, is something I understand from the inside, rather than something I've read about in a textbook.

That's the kind of pressure I help people work through.

Here’s how I can help

I see clients in person at my Center City office, conveniently located near Rittenhouse Square, Logan Square, Fairmount, Fitler Square, and South Philly and easily accessible by SEPTA. For those outside the city or with demanding schedules, I offer virtual sessions anywhere in Pennsylvania.
